1. You may apply this in other section of you artwork but in this study case, I'd start off with a simple picture with black background model. Notice: This technique work best with black background.
In some other cases, you might be finishing up a blending, apply this technique as a final touch to your product.
2. Drag in the light texture, position it resonably. Then, change to setting mode to screen.
3. I added some more light texture and play around with it, erasing here and there. In some cases, you might want to change the color of the light texture, use shortkey CTRL+B.
Add some finish touch, texts, brushes, etc.
